POWER POP band, Panico from Chile!
Think of early Sugarcubes with a twist of New Wave, techno-y, Power pop, and a mix of Spanish and English lyrics. Their album, "Subliminal Kill," was introduced to me by a friend who saw them in London last week and she said I had to hear it! Some key tracks include: Telephone Dilemma # 10, Transpira Lo #2, Anfefetaminado #5, Santiago Song #8. Panico is on the French record label Tiger Sushi, go figure. Check out their site Panico
